Join us for an intimate workshop exploring the ancient wisdom of Dinacharya – the daily self-care rituals of Ayurveda. In this 90-minute personal session, Isabelle will guide you through establishing a morning routine that brings balance and well-being into your everyday life. We will explore Jala-Neti (nostril cleansing), Dry Brushing, Selfmassage and specific breath practices. Transform your daily routine into a nourishing ritual that supports your highest well-being. Our workshop will take place at the stunning Hotel Cal Reiet, in Santanyi, a sanctuary for wellbeing, and includes a vegan lunch.
